SGFA10型预灌封生产线是中高产能全自动巢盒预灌封注射器的理想解决方案。全自动拆外包机、全自动开盒机和全自动灌封机，可以组成一条体积小方便使用的巢盒注射器生产线。
采用新华医疗预灌封生产线进行一次性药液的灌装与密封，可以降低药液额外灌装量，且使用时药液残留量小，可以提高药液使用率。采用巢盒免洗免灭注射器瓶，无需进行瓶子的清洗、灭菌，因此不必配置清洗机、隧道烘箱等设备，不仅可以降低设备成本，而且也可以降低污染风险。灌装工位紧临加塞工位，可实现灌装后即加塞，药液暴露时间短，污染风险更小。亦可搭配真空加塞、真空充氮，可以满足对氧气残留量要求极高的药品，实现残氧量小于 1%的指标。
